The upcoming fixture in the seventeenth edition of the Indian Premier League will witness the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) locking horns with the Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Ekana International Cricket Stadium in Lucknow on Friday, April 12.

After losing the curtain-raiser against the Rajasthan Royals by 20 runs, LSG has been in good form, winning three consecutive games, two of which came at home. In their last game against Gujarat Titans, young Yash Thakur picked up a fifer to take his team home, winning the game by 33 runs.

On the other hand, DC is currently reeling at the bottom of the points table. In five games played so far the Rishabh Pant-led side has managed to win only one game. Though the team has had some good individual performances, the side has failed to get results in their favor.
