Namibia will take on Scotland in a critical Group B encounter at the Kensington Oval, with the match scheduled for June 7 (India time).

Both sides could discern promising indicators from their previous matches, albeit through differing circumstances. Namibia narrowly edged past Oman with the assistance of a Super Over, underscoring their resilience. Conversely, Scotland, despite putting up a formidable 90 for no loss by the halfway mark, were unable to commence the latter half of their game against England due to inclement weather in an already rain-curtailed game, resulting in them having to share the spoils. 

Namibia hold the advantage over Scotland in terms of their record facing each other, with their previous T20I meeting being at the T20 World Cup 2021, where they beat the Scottish side by four wickets.
