Up next, the Sam Billings-led side will host Northern Superchargers, who lost their opening game to Trent Rockets but managed to pick up a seven-wicket win in the last match against Southern Brave. 

Nicholas Pooran was stunning in the last match for Superchargers as the West Indies international smashed 62 runs off 34 deliveries Captain Harry Brook played a good cameo of 34* runs as Superchargers chased 147 runs in 85 balls. Among bowlers, Callum Parkinson had a good outing as he picked up two wickets.

Oval picked up a convincing eight-wicket win over Birmingham in the opening game while a close 10-run win against Welsh. The batters had a rough day but the bowlers did their job well, securing the win. Adam Zampa were outstanding with three wickets while Sam Curran and Nathan Sowter picked up two each.
